What happens to the details you type into the callback form on wichitaseniorinsurance.com, and what this site will never ask you for. Effective October 2026.
What the callback form asks for
Four things and no more: your first name, a phone number, your ZIP code, and a short choice under "Which sounds like you?" (turning 65, already on Medicare, helping a family member, or final expense coverage). Every field is about reaching you and pointing the conversation in the right direction.
When you press send, the form also passes along the address of the page you were on, the page that referred you to this site, the time, and any advertising tags in the link you followed, such as UTM codes or a click ID. The server records a spam check result with the request.
What you will never be asked for here
This site never asks for your date of birth, a Social Security number, a Medicare number, a list of medications or any health condition. If they ever come up, it is over the phone with a licensed agent, never typed into a web form.
Where your request goes
The form sends your request to this site's own endpoint at /api/send-quote. That endpoint checks for spam and, where Google reCAPTCHA is turned on, asks Google for a score on the request. It then hands the request to Zapier, an automation service that delivers it to our licensed agents. Vercel hosts the site and runs that endpoint. These companies process the data for this agency and may not use it for their own purposes.
How your request is used
Only so a licensed agent can call you back about your insurance questions. Nobody buys your details from this agency, and they are not shared with another company for its own marketing.
Calls back to you
By sending the form you agree that a licensed agent may call the number you entered. Tell us at any time that you want no further calls, and we will stop.
How long requests are kept
A request stays on file while it is needed to help you and to meet insurance record-keeping rules. After that it is deleted.
Your choices
